The objective of any business is to make money.

That is to say:

  • to create more revenue (exceptions are non-profit organizations)
  • to reduce cost

    Business will fail if the revenue does not surpass its cost (in long run).

    Business might be more complicated than simply increasing profits and decreasing costs.

    However, it is important to take a look at the business from this view.
