Business View
Functional View
Technical View
Implementation View
All these views combined together give you the complete breadth and scope of the project.
Business View:
Business view deals with "why" particular problem needs to be solved.
How is that important for the core objectives of the business.
Function View:
Function view deals "what" consist of a "solution". What would be the new business processes.
Technical View:
Technical view deals with "how" you are thinking of implementing the solution. What technology would be used in the solution.
Implementation View:
Implementation view deals with "when" the solution would be implemented. Who would do what and when. What is the dead line.
